Appearance characteristics and anti rust technology of oil casing

Oil casing is the lifeline to maintain oil well operation. Due to different geological conditions, the downhole stress state is complex, and the comprehensive action of tensile, compressive, bending and torsional stresses acts on the pipe body, which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of the casing itself. Once the casing itself is damaged for some reason, the production of the whole well may be reduced or even scrapped. The oil casing has the following characteristics:
(1) The domestic oil casing is in accordance with SY / t6194-96. The casing length is not fixed, and the range is 8-13m. However, no less than 6m casing can be provided, and the quantity shall not exceed 20%.
(2) The inner and outer surfaces of the casing shall be free of folds, hairlines, delaminations, cracks, rolling folds and scabs. These defects shall be completely removed and the removal depth shall not exceed 12.5% of the nominal wall thickness.
(3) The outer surface of the coupling shall be free of defects such as folding, hairline, delamination, crack, rolling and scarring.
(4) The thread surface of the sleeve and the coupling shall be smooth and free from burrs, tears and other defects sufficient to interrupt the thread and affect the strength and tight connection.
The supply pressure of steel resources is still large. In the middle of May, the average daily output of crude steel of key iron and steel enterprises was 1692100 tons. It is estimated that the average daily output of crude steel in the whole country was 2039500 tons in the middle of May, a month on month decrease of 0.25%. Although it is said that the production capacity of steel mills has started to fall, the extent of this fall can be almost ignored. The ultra-high output makes it difficult for China's steel prices to rise sharply.
The domestic market demand is not strong, and the power of steel price rise is insufficient. According to the data released by China Federation of logistics and procurement, the purchasing manager index (PMI) of China's manufacturing industry in May 2012 was 50.4%, down 2.9 percentage points from the previous month. The production index was 52.9%. Although it continued to be above the critical point, it was 4.3 percentage points lower than that of the previous month, the lowest point since December 2011, indicating that the production growth of manufacturing enterprises slowed down significantly. The new order index was 49.8%, down 4.7 percentage points from the previous month. After being above the critical point for four consecutive months, it fell below the critical point this month, indicating that the market demand of the manufacturing industry showed signs of decline.
