Seamless steel pipe is a kind of steel with high elasticity. In application, especially in large-scale buildings, where the elasticity requirements are high, most of them use seamless steel pipe. Why is the elasticity of seamless steel pipe so good? The reason is that there are many elements in it. Let's take a look:
Manganese steel plates requiring elasticity can be considered as "Mn series" or "SIMN series" spring steels, which belong to special alloy steels. 65Mn and 60Si2Mn can be used as the selection materials. The cross section of the spring steel bar of the seamless steel pipe used for the earphone is not large, and generally the cold forming process can be used.
However, the cold drawing process used for forming the parts with small cross-section of two materials requires more than 500 degrees Celsius; Tempering process requires more than 200 ℃. And it needs appropriate molding equipment and perfect process specifications, and ordinary heating cannot achieve the effect.
